Machine Specifications
This lacquer sander is special designed for sealer sanding and base lacquer sanding. The machine is also with fixed conveyor table and moverable working units, that is suitable to be put in production line.
This first working unit on this machine is a soft rubber roller, roller hardness is shore 26, roller diameter is 320mm; the 2nd working unit is a soft rubber roller too, roller hardness is shore 22, roller diameter is 320mm. Both working heads equip 2620*1330mm abrasive belt.
The lifting system on this machine adopts ball screw support bolts to ensure the smooth and precise lifting. Due to the scientific design, no sanding through or less sanding on the working pieces.
